Looks pretty hopeless, and the 12 backgame would not be a great bargain either. My main gameplan here would be to keep the greatest flexibility and hope to get lucky, perhaps with the 2-point game, while trying to minimize gammon risk. Getting hit is not the end of the world, but I don't think it is desirable either.
