What Colour is the Wind and Second Wind, both by Chris Bray, are compilations of his newspaper backgammon columns, about 250 columns (five years' worth) in each book. They're entertaining reading and very likely to help improve one's backgammon play. I've received no compensation for this endorsement.

By the way, the title of the first book comes from an anecdote about a blind boy whose teachers thought they had taught him everything he needed to know about the world, until he asked them "What colour is the wind?"
