And now a serious query/problem/challenge

(Prompted by Phil's proposal of bot's detailing recube chances, etc.)

1) Does a position exist which meets the following criteria:

a) $-game, b) non-contact bearoff, c) all checkers in the corresponding homeboards, d) a technical mistake to pass (note the careful wording here), and e) cubeless game winning chances less than or equal to 20%?

2) Same conditions EXCEPT remove the requirement that all checkers are in the respective homeboards.

Extra Credit bonus problem: If the answer to 1) is 'no', prove it analytically or semi-analytically (i.e. as opposed to a brute force exhaustive search of all possible positions).

Double Extra Credit: same for problem 2.
