Of course, I have already found out that I don't understand this position, and the reason that 13/7 8/5 is correct for blue previous roll is probably that it white is wrong to hit here.

I would hit though, and then there aren't many ones left, and even fewer good ones. 9/8 is almost as bad as 6/5, and I think 22/21 is too loose. 23/22 is OK'ish, but unenterprising, I think I would go with 8/7.
