OT: prob/stat problem

You run a Monte Carlo binomial outcome ("unfair coinflip") program twice and get the (rounded to 2 decimal place) same result of:

mean = 22.79%, s.d. (=sqrt[pq/n]) = 0.0663%.

(Actually you know the mean result for both trials but the s.d. for only one trial.)

Test the hypothesis that the seeds were the same/different for both trials.

Extra credit: same problem except (rounded) s.d.s for BOTH trials are known to be 0.0663%.
