Thanks, Neil, for the table entry correction (to 4-ply 3-ply).
Neil: As for how to play 11 after 41$, to me it seems best to hit unless the score is getting GGish.
Agree -- definitely play N (Near (8/7(2) 6/5(2)) at GG (or close to it). The GNU rollout, though somewhat N-inflated, is [N H28] 5k.
I am also convinced that N is right at DMP: The GNU rollout is [N H17] 10k. Granted, the GNU money rollout of [N H3.5] -- the one currently posted -- is highly questionable. If we figure that bot-amalgamated value from the table is around [H N16], then the GNU-rollout non-hitting bias is 19.5. However, I generally carry over only one-third of a bias from money to DMP (in part because volatility is lower with no cube, and in part because other scores have different checker-playing goals). An adjustment of 19.5 / 3 = 6.5 still leaves N a comfortable lead of [N H10.5]. If you have the time and inclination to verify the superiority of 41$-11N at DMP by doing a rollout on GNU at a higher checker ply or on XG, that would be great :)
