We are not going to respond to every groundless assumption brought up in those threads. But, we want to emphasize that:

1. Play65 is licensed and regulated by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC) – we run external auditing procedures and our books are open for members of AGCC – which is in fact governed by UK. 2. Play65 has never employed or hired developers to provide bots. Play65 has never had any agreements “to run” bots with any member of this forum claiming so (or any other person, in fact) – neither has had any bots running on our servers purposely or accidentally. Yes, our platform was used by frauds to run bots software on THEIR computers to play against other Play65 players (and at least one member of this forum is known for doing this). We made significant progress in cleaning our system from such fraud and we take advice of the Committee (http://www.play65.com/backgammon-bot-busters.html) to help us recognize such behavior (in addition to our automatic/human driven procedures). The members of the Committee receive all complaints anonymously with no user data attached. Claims that we hired developers/bots or had agreements are groundless and fake, to repeat it.

3. PJT has never been noticed using bots while playing under his account/nickname on our platform.

4. If you are interested in hearing more (regarding bots or other pressing issues), please compile all questions into one petition and send it to bots@play65.com. We promise to address your inquiries as soon as we can.
