GNU 32 bit or 64 bit question

Here's a question for GNU buffs and noting that my Win 7 on this new comp is supposed to support 64 bit stuff.

When I run the default GNU I just DLed the name of the .exe has a 32 in it so I assume it is the 32 bit version. So...

1) Is there a 64 bit app for GNU?

2) Does it run faster than the normal 32 app on Win7?

3) How do I get it? I couldn't find anything at the site.
