Endgame cube action

In a recent game that I played against a colleague of mine, three consecutive nontrivial cube decisions came up right at the end. I'm curious as to how you would approach these decisions over the board. Would you use a formal point-count system like the Keith count or the Ward count, would you count rolls, or what?

Money Game
White on roll. Cube action?
White11

Blue12
Position Id: ZQAAIBQAAAAAAA
Match Id: AQEAAAAAAAAA

OTB, White doubled and Blue took. Then White rolled 3-1 and played 4/off.

Money Game
Blue on roll. Cube action?
White7

Blue12
Position Id: JQAAEAoAAAAAAA
Match Id: UgkAAAAAAAAA

OTB, Blue doubled and White took. Then Blue also rolled 3-1, and played 6/3 1/off.

Money Game
White on roll. Cube action?
White7

Blue8
Position Id: JQAAQAIAAAAAAA
Match Id: AwEAAAAAAAAA

OTB, White held the cube, and rolled something that took the top two checkers off. Blue then rolled boxes to end the game.
