62Z-21

Opp's slotted 7pt has the effect of leveling the playing field (for $ vs S), in terms of whether she has split with an ace (61Z-21) or deuce (62Z-21). 51S-21S leaves 63 54 to hit on the 11pt with the former and 52S-21S doesn't; that concept doesn't hold with 61Z-21S vs 62Z-21S, because Opp won't hit outside with 63 54 (rather she'll cover her 7pt or point on the 2pt).
Logically, it is worth looking at the dupe effect of 3-hits vs 4-hits, but here that mainly means 3s without 2s, 4s or 6s, versus 2s without 3s, 4s or 6s. So this element seems to come down to 53 52 31 21 11. 62Z-21$ rescues 52 more than 61Z-21$ rescues 53, while 62Z-21$ gives a bigger boost to 21 11 than 61Z-21$ gives a boost to 31: it's a tradeoff.
I haven't 36-ed it (i.e., looking at bot evals for the 36 numbers in each of the four scenarios and isolating the biggest swing comparions), but without that one can often spot the thematic swing numbers and get a feel (which is a loose way of 36-ing, but there can be oversights and it is more difficult to stratify without looking at hard numbers).
Based on the swings I've mentioned, I can't really see overall that the $/S comparison should particularly favor 61Z-21$ over 62Z-21$ or vice versa.
As for the best play, I would guess that at DMP $ beats S for both 61Z-21 and 62Z-21 (not strong opinion) but by less than $ beats S for 51S-21 (strong opinion).
