OLM changes?

We're about to wrap up the first online match against XGR+, and I think we should go right on ahead with another one... a long mid-match hiatus notwithstanding, the first match seemed to go pretty well -- we get somewhere between 10 and 20 votes each go around.

So, I'll just throw out there -- any suggestions for changes? Match length?

Would we get more participation if we found a way to vote privately, like on Kit's site? Is that even necessary or desirable?
