'At least' means they average a 6 ER or worse.

SW/GNU/XG rating, all close enough that it doesn't matter. If you're a borderline 6 ER for example the data will still be useful for me. I doubt that many people are teetering on the line so I'm not really concerned with it. I'm more used to seeing my ER reported by GNU than the other bots so that's where I have the best 'feel' of what it means at the moment but nowadays I run all matches through XG.
