Chart for Opening Moves(1-2; or, 1-3)

I'm going to try and improve my opening game- last time i printed murat's sheet on first two moves it came out a mess- v confusing chart in disorder

Would you please send me links for the first 3 moves - perhaps links for excel and pdf format. Last time I printed 2 moves -chart was not useable. Any suggestions on printing these charts would be much appreciated-last time so many columns that it was hard to put it together -on top of that, can't locate it - Thanks in advance, all.
