Scoreless vs. 3a3a

I encountered this position at 3a3a yesterday and made two consecutive mistakes according to XGR+. Haven't rolled out the position yet, but thought it might be interesting anyway.

1) Is this a double at 3a3a? Is this a double scoreless? In case you come up with different answers, can you explain me why?

Suppose White doubles and rolls 6-2.

2) What is the best move at 3a3a? What is the best move scoreless? In case you come up with different answers, can you explain me why?
