Ace-point anchor and blot vs. 4-prime: How bad is it?

I would guess that that is better for Blue because White still has two checkers back, which I would think would more than compensate for Blue's unmade 3 point. Blue would like to counterprime or otherwise contain White's back checker(s) and that would seem to be much easier when White has two checkers back.
