brainstorming -- relational database for reference positions

Suppose there existed a (computerized) relational database of reference positions with the following characteristics:
1) searchable by matchscore, cube location, checker placement, diceroll;
2) interactive with a bot such that the results of the search popped up in the bot's window with all the pertinent evaluation/rollout information, with the reverse process capability of entering bot data into the database directly;
3) optionally positions show up in graphical (e.g. jpg) form, printer-ready (e.g. for flashcard creation).
Would that be a useful tool? Is it doable now?
