Who the Hell is David Wells?

Just played a couple of 7pters on GridGammon with David Wells, who played with a better-than-Stick's-average PR of 1.3 and 1.4. David was #6 on the Giants' list in 2003. He played poker for a few years and was absent from the backgammon scene. David will be on the World Team vs the Danes at the Nordic Open in April. The team members are Stick, MCG, O'Hagan, Wells, Falafel, Mochy and Michy.

My advice to the World Team is that they get to Denmark a few days early to get rested and adjusted to the time zone change, thereby minimizing the very real home court advantage.
