Could this site use a FAQ/guide to posting?

Things like:

1) how to post a position,

2) how to warn if bot content,

3) amount of time to wait before posting an RO to your own position / someone else's position,

4) what OT means, what it applies to, what are appropriate OT topics.

I'm sure there are more items that could be included.
