20 mile commute is no problem. The buisness is right off of I71 north of columbus at the polaris parkway exit.

Old houses? My house right now was built in the 40s. Nothing older than that I'd say. Yard? I'd rather turn it into a zen rock garden...

Maybe I'll try to grab a Columbus dispatch (that's the name of the paper right?) some sunday from the local bookstore.

Still waiting on the offer though. I'd say we're hoping for 20% increases for both of us in order for it to make sense.
