...analyzing a position with a bot (XG and/or GNU-bg)?

I mean when you REALLY want to know the best (available) result. Too often I seem to encounter conclusions based upon evaluations or mini-rollouts where the poster (implicitly) contends the result is valid. Sometimes the best play (or at least a serious contender) was not even among the evaluation semifinalists so didn't make it into deeper analysis steps.

I suppose there could be people out there running i386/486 processors which just can't finish a (full) rollout in a reasonable time, but for the rest of us...
