A maintenance worker checking fuses in my apt- pulled fuses out while computer was on- now computer HP PAvilion a1310n won't start- Windows XP Professional- keep getting message Microsoft- sorry, unsuccessful startup yada yada- Safe mode doesn't work- I can't find original Cd for operating system.. My Building manager is going to pay- not sure how much What is most likely scernario here?
