I figured Friday, Saturday and Sunday are no good.

Maybe, maybe not... there are two clubs in my area, and one plays on a weeknight and the other plays Sunday afternoons. I *much* prefer the Sunday afternoons. Weekday BG nights tend to leave me recovering from the late night action for a couple of days.
