Best night for club play

Friday and Saturday night are no good but I wouldn't apply the same to a Sunday afternoon for example. As someone else mentioned, finding a place to play on Friday/Saturday is problematic already because that's when most places are already getting enough business. They won't want you in the way more or less and would much prefer if you came in on their dead nights. Also, people often already have weekend plans on Friday/Saturday. Movies, bars, out w/friends in whatever way, shape, or form may take precedence over playing bg believe it or not even for those who seem most addicted to bg. (don't make me chose, bg would lose)

Sunday though with a nice start time no earlier than 1pm I think would be ideal. It allows people to go to church if they so chose or allows those who were out on Saturday a little recovery time before they get moving. It will also provide you a long enough session without playing into the night so that people can get home early and not be thrown off for work the next day. Sunday afternoon gets my vote.
