I agree Jason, though I also think that the goalkeepers should be excluded from having to take one, ie ten kicks each would be a slight improvement. Further, if a team has one or more players sent off, then that should reduce the number of kickers that they are allowed! Being a man short is always a disadvantage through regular time, and extra time. Why should this disadvantage cease in a shootout?
