Streaming from Monte Carlo - problems

Ramblings.. :

WSOB had a great live coverage at one of their tournaments

- perfect picture quality - 2 streams, one with snowie, one with live camera. You simply opened 2 windows with both streams - Bob Wacthel caugth live gossiping during breaks, not knowing camera was on

Of course they used professional camera crew, but I have heards rumours they weren't paid.

Poor internet quality in Monte Carlo, not much anyone can do with that I guess. Most other places this should not be an issue.

In general, broadcasting a good quality stream from a tournament shouldnt be all that hard, I am surprised by the amount of failed attempts. Surely there are services available on the internet for setting up a quality stream, how about doing the testing berfore the tournament, not during.
