Which one to clear?

The alternative would be paying now with 9/7 9/6.

That would leave 11 immediate shots, compared to the 22 blotting number after 6/4 6/3 that leave an average of something in between 11 and 15 shots.

The comparison seems clearly in favor of paying later.

Another important factor I believe is that after 6/4 6/3 Blue has no shots that leave 2 blots, as opposed to other positions similar to this one where paying now might be correct.
