This is one of those positions where you should put yourself in your opponent's shoes and ask "how would I feel if a 2-cube came my direction?" Well, that's for the doubling decision.
This is a score where we see a divergence between human and bot. Humans sometimes say "but the take is easy" and bots say "but look at the risk/reward". If you're < WC I think you should send it over as soon as you have a lead with some G prospects. If you are > or = to WC, go ahead..., well I can't speak to you.
I doubt I would face this position (as Blue) because the cube would very likely have been on 2 a long time ago. But if I'm White -- now that's a tough question. Of course Neil's tot_wins + G's > 80? (doubler's PoV) is the way to attack these, but the hard part is estimating the wins and G's.
