'21Z' is more commonly referred to as 21S. Since in Nactation the S symbol is for splitting the back checker and bringing a builder off the midpoint there is no confusion.
'51R' I believe that 51U is correct here. At some point the U symbol was defined as up to and including the 18pt. I can't find the link offhand or I'd point you to it.
'42R'
same 42UStick is right on all three counts. Regarding the latter two: To read more about the use of U vs the outdated R for moving to the 18pt, see the bottom of this post or most of this post.
With an opening 51 or 42 played 24/18, while R is "wrong," in a vacuum it is not a bad practical choice in that it's the closest play you can legally make to the 17pt through 13pt area (plus the non-updated tutorial still shows it). That said, it's better to break the habit if you're going a few rolls into the game; there are positions where U denotes a play that moves a checker to the 18pt, and R denotes a different play.
