I'd play 3/off here.

Pick and pass cannot be correct, as it leaves 13 shots instead of 11. POH gives only 11 shots, but does not take a checker of. In order to win a backgammon with POH, you need White to dance, but this may lead to a shot in the next roll.

With 3/off you have anyway better chances for a backgammon: White might roll 11 or 31 or 41.
