You could also do a search including all words 'cube efficiency' and click on John O'Hagan's posts. You'll note he uses 70% as a default and adjusts sometimes according to the position aka how often and efficient he thinks he'll get a recube in. I tried to find the post/thread where Xavier talked about XG using 66% but nothing turned up immediately and I have other fish to fry so maybe someone else will have more success.
