I usually just try to add wastage difference here as best as I can.

White has a very efficient postition and will probably waste 6.5 pips. For blue I know that a closed board will waste 10 pips. Blue is a better here I think, but maybe not that much because of the risk of gap on the four point. I will guess 9 pips wastage.

So I'll add 2.5 pips to blues total.

Whites last point of take for money would be 36.5+(36.5-5)/7 = 40.5 and in a short race like this I believe each pip is worth roughly 2%. So 22%-3.5*2=15%

So pass is my guess.
