ok,,but CHANGING RULES often is not GOOD....

we now adopted international rules in my country..and now we MUSt change again???

will somebody propose ANOTHER set of rules in next couple for ears??? its not serious to change often....i can live for touch or no-touch..for legal or illegal...but PLS adopt international all rules same so we can stick to it
