I think playing touch move rules would favor me just as not playing legal moves would definitely be to my advantage but I am not in favor of either. I do however want my opponent to play within' the rules and use one hand to move the checkers and move in an unambiguous manner. If two hands come out or they get sloppy, I will tell them immediately. I don't want to be distracted from the game either but have no problem whatsoever remembering the position as long as I don't have Speedy Gonzalez double handing setting up checkers and resetting them.
