A classic near-cube situation. Cubeless the difference is 0.025 (1% W/L x2 + 0.5% gammon loss difference) but since (at the matchscore) we're very close to turning the cube, you can double this cubeless difference to 0.05 -- the rollout cubeful equity difference. Sometimes the arithmetic works.
