Touch (Lift) moves and online play

That seems like the best solution. Give each player the option of seeing opponent's take-backs or just the final move. That plus clocked play would be ideal.

Checker shuffling isn't the same issue with online play as it is in f2f play because the software verifies the final play is correct.
