1. We are back but not back enough for a backgame or an ace-point game. The shit anchor (22pt) is exactly what we need. And of course the 5 point. 24/22 8/5.

2. Tough one. My first instinct would be 13/4, because it's the only safe option. But White's board is improving, so it might be better to pay now.
Paying now could however mean 13/9 7/2 or 14/9 13/9. Paying with 7/3 7/2 could also be an option because, even if it doesn't "buy" anything now, it allows more relaxed blotting in the future.
I'll go with 14/9 13/9 because it saves 2 checkers, so it almost wins if not hit.

3. Another tough one. The cube in Blue's hand makes me lean towards the bold move 20/12*. Dance = double.
Another candidate would have been the hit-me-if-you-dare play 20/18 8/6 5/1, but that would have been more suited with a smaller race gap.

4. Ugly position, ugly roll, but gammons don't count and the boldest play is also the safest one (least shots). 6/3*
Even at GS it would have been too early to destroy our board while killing a checker with 2/1.

5. The phantom hit is very seldom right, so against a 4-point board I would play 8/5 7/2.
