It's not a 3rd move but a 4th move, I don't think you will ever find a 4th move on Stick's opening database (by the way, I wonder if there are even 3rd moves, I can usually find only 1st and 2nd rolls).

Here I would not split against the two towers and the 1 is useful to smooth, so my play is 13/7 6/5, that also duplicates 3s.
