Nomenclature: For example "touch move"

I agree that it is a good idea to use different terms for as many thematically different proposals as there might be.

The rule I favor is "touch move" similar to that used in chess. Touch move is applied to each portion of the play. Here is my proposed wording. I am not advocating lift move or shift move, though IMO either would be better than the current allowance.
