What I did was substitute the cubeful breakdowns that I posted here:

for the "cubeless" breakdowns in Max's rollout.

How I determined the cubeful breakdowns: with evaluations and mostly short rollouts, except for the 1296-trial rollout of 7/5*(2) .... fan ... ND (because too good). From the last rollout I used the "show statistics" feature. Then I combined all the data for the different sequences.

My total cubeful numbers are only approximate (but close enough, I think). For instance, I rolled out 11/8 3/2 ... 4-4 ... DT -- 324 or 648 trials, I think --but then took the "cubeless" breakdown from that rollout. The cubeful breakdown of that rollout would be a little different.
