Your Nellie vs. Donald match-up (11-point match, no gammons/backgammons, no cube) is mathematically equivalent to a (best-of) 21-game match with Nellie forfeiting Game 1 and Donald forfeiting Game 21. By symmetry, both Nellie and Donald win 50% of the matches. In practice the players don't need to continue playing once one player gets to 11 points, but logically, this is still a best-of-21 series.
