Jeez, Bob, you're shaming both me and Stick at the same time! It's nice to be right, isn't it? And I thought I was very clever to reproduce your 4-ply result exactly. Here's a full rollout. I am reassured to see the equities all at 1.0000, but that still leaves Dmitriy as the odd man out.
