1.) Pay later. Opponent will break 16pt with 5 or 6 and hang on 20 pt. May get ugly for blue. Blue has subsequent lucky pick and pass numbers when attempting to clear 11pt.

2.) Stepping up to 23 a must to keep pressure on outfield or possible escaping numbers. Bring down from mid 13/9.

3.) White knows his problem is he is deep with poor timing. Race is acceptable. Blue has 4 checkers to bring home and most likely will be exposed to subsequent indirect shots. Key is will white have maintained a decent board when getting shot. Large dbls are in play. Money game. Easy double for blue and take for white. Not loving it but got to take it.
