Updates will be made when there are matches scheduled. You don't need to have a Facebook account (Because of the open nature of the USBGF group settings) to read the posts. Same with Twitter. The only thing you do not get (if you don't sign up) is email or mobile alerts that are sent directly to you and you can't make posts - but you can still read the USBGF twitter and USBGF facebook accounts in your web browser without signing in.

Since you have signed up for twitter I recommend going to the USBGF twitter account and click the "follow" button. You will be alerted when new tweets are made.
