1. Isn't the determination of guilt the business of the courts, not yours?

2. What about that little principle in Anglo-American law that one is presumed innocent until proven guilty?

3. What evidence of guilt do *you* have (other than second or third-hand information, more technically described as "hearsay")?

4. If *you* were *wrongly* accused of a similar crime, do you think it would be ethical for other players to refuse to play you?

5. How do you know that the fellow was not wrongly accused?
