Ethical Quandary MORE IMPORTANT!

In Response To: Ethical Quandary (Stick)

It looks like the guys have forgotten that practically all BG-tournaments around the world are PRIVATE business. Players have NO RIGHTS to change anything in the event, to propose anything, to prove anything or to defend himself against wrong or obviousely biassed decision of TD. It means that organizers of any BG-tournaments around the world DON'T CARE about such ethical problems. Nobody wants to know and take any fair decision in connection to this or another player. Especially if this decision depends on the fee received from this person by TD for participation in his event.

More important and interesting question: what can you do if TD NOT ALLOW you play in the tournament? Have you any rights against this decision? Who can advocate you against this TD?
