It looks like the guys have forgotten that practically all BG-tournaments around the world are PRIVATE business.

I know what "practically all" means, and your statement is false.

Players have NO RIGHTS to change anything in the event, to propose anything, to prove anything or to defend himself against wrong or obviousely biassed decision of TD

Also false. Players certainly can propose changes (aren't you yourself a player proposing changes?), and tournament rules allow for appeals of most TD decisions. If you mean specifically that a potential player has no right to appeal a decision barring him from entering a "private business" tournament, I'll grant you that much.

It means that organizers of any BG-tournaments around the world DON'T CARE about such ethical problems.

Actually, I'd rate tournament directors pretty highly in ethics, all told.

Especially if this decision depends on the fee received from this person by TD for participation in his event.

They're only in for the money? Not!
