I was also curious as to the origin of this concept, and thought of RDR when I saw it.

Magriel used to say (and probably still does) -- paraphrased "only be concerned with a 1/36 shot when there is nothing else to be concerned with".

Still, I think this position is the biggest QF I've seen in a while, but admit that I haven't been spending much time on BG lately. (Not surprisingly, OtB I would have made Adam's play. :)
