How would you play this 64 ?

20/14 18/14 was the first play I considered because it fits our game plan, but as I looked at it longer I felt that giving up both anchors seemed to be risking too much.

Eventually I settled on hitting, not in order to blitz but because everything else seemed to hand the opponent the initiative.

After reading your response, I'm thinking that hitting is probably wrong, so maybe my first instinct was correct.
