Putting out 13 clocks doesnīt help if some use their personal clocks. You canīt track properly...

Wandering through the room and checking if everybody is playing with a clock is the only option. Perfectly feasable with 26 players, but almost impossible with 128.

Those not playing with a clock are given a clear warning and put on clock, which is adjusted to the match score. In case of repeated infraction, disqualification.

End of the story.
