I think that most agree on this point! That this was not a casual event. You spok of the 11 year history of the event and the rules etc.Patrick says he has neverplaye din his event while he was TD. Historically it appears that Patrick chose not to play and it seems he passed the torch so he could play.

My Question is, if that is true why did things change and the TD played this year?
